Windows XP issue?

Jenn booted up her machine today and the font was bigger and it seemed to strech the font, photos, icons, etc? WTF can this be. We checked her settings and the font size, etc was still the same. System restore didn't fix the problem.

Sounds like the profile for the user has either had the inaccessability options for partially sighted people turned on or it's corrupt.

try making a new user - if it still happens with that I have no idea. Could be drivers.

On antoher note my laptop has started to act up - on my admin user, the keyboard has become remapped all over the place.

New users are fine.

Can't figure out for the life of me how to reset it. I'll probably just reinstall.

If we're talking about I.E then press CTRL + Mouse Scroll [up/down]

If not then go into desktop properties and change the logos and font size back to default.

Hope this help.s

Umm sounds like its in safe mode. Did you try rebooting? also try lowering the screen resolution that may be what it is as well.
