Just wondering, how did porndvddollars.com get a license to use O-Zone's "Dragostea Din Tei" music in their flash banner here on GFY?

Or is that song not copyrighted? Just wondering...?

A shitty Norwegian religious music group was just awarded $500.000 or so in damages for a porn company using their music in a trailer for their video. That was a low-budget lawsuit.
I'd imagine O-Zone and their label has a shitload of money to pursue this if someone made them aware of it.

Again, not trying to stir up shit, just wondering...
