Well since I am a girl, I'll pretend this is a guy, and I would do "A". Nudity is nothing bad and shouldn't be treated as such, especially while they are sleeping and vulnerable... so I would quietly close the door and probably do nothing. At the MOST, I would pull them aside later and tell them that I closed the door because the covers had slipped off and if they cared, they should close the door, if they weren't bothered by someone else seeing them, then I wouldn't worry about it anymore either, and leave the door alone next time. LOL

Instinct would tellme initially to "cover them up" by closing the door. LOL
