I met this guy, he has an incredible talent...He does hyperrealism...it almost look like a photo, the skin texture is so real! It usually take him around 36 hours to make an illustration like this!

Its not his main job, so in fact, he should be pretty cheap.

I said I would find him some contracts, bc its fucking sad to see somebody with so much talent, being unable to find work.

Not really, if it takes him 36 hours per pic. Adult requires volume, quantity over quality... that's why most people either pirate japanese content or use 3D...
