Geez I didn't want to call and rather handle it on e mail or ICQ. It's sometimes just as fast. It isn't like I said I NEED THIS DONE NOW OR ELSE! :)

Sales team members don't have the ability to correct technical problems directly, they do not access individual accounts that way.

Tech and customer support is not done via icq, since there is no way to properly track requests and responses.

If you want to drop me an email with the issue in it, I'll have a look at it, but you should also copy [email protected] or [email protected] as well since I'm going to be in and out today.
