I would be serving movies + pics, but there would NOT
be the HUGE traffic spikes you get from gallery posting.

I've had nothing but bad experiences with celerons... but never used one as a server.

As long as it is static, it's no problem. Movies don't make any diffrence. I'm sure it can even handle 20MBit.

I'm thinking about using them as a load-balanced content serving cluster,
anything CPU intensive can be handled by a box with more grunt.
