Cash Tour question to Lensman

Hello Lensman,
I have signed up to cashtour.com program - but I live in Poland - so I just want to make sure this program accepts webmasters from my country.
I run a movie post - globalsexmovies.com - and the traffic will be sent mailny from this site.
