With the way the custom templates and archive options are setup, I'll be able to redo my live TGP's with no downtime and still be able to keep my current design. None of my surfers will ever notice that I've switched from Comus to Remote Thumbs. You guys have a great setup, any webmaster (new or old) can literally setup a full blown TGP in an hour or less.

Isnt it hard to grow a site with Remote thumbs when it does not place the thumbs after productivity?

its a nice program but the thumbs are really shitty
88x88 are ok, sorta
90x130 are mostly 88x88 force resized

From what I can tell so far, you can have a top gallery set just like with any other tgp program. All that is available in the template section. So your top thumbs will be ranked and you can setup an archive template of your top 24 hour, 48 hour, 72 hour, up to 90 days for your hall of fame etc. and pull that template into your index page.

Joesho or inabon could probably tell you more about that though

we are checking this issue. we are not force resizing we are creating a 90x130 we are going to check this. We have noticed some deformation recently. but once we are finished fixing it we should have it back to normal no force resize.

Archive templates are aranged by produtivity.

if thumb 24 is the most clicked thumb of the todays template it will be the first one to show from left to right top to bottom on the archive template.

you need 24 hours worth of clicks for that.

the correct answer to your help offer should have been thanks but the system is completley coded by Boldy he is the mastermind and he should be able to find the bug.

on our thumbnailing system thumbs do not look streched. so it must me a bug somewhere. boldy is the correct person to fix it.

he is very jealous with his baby i know he doesn't want anyone else touching his code...

yeah, i know you're busy. it was just strange how the same thing happened with joesho, i asked a couple questions and offered to help inbetween and it went ignored. its a great program and ill continue to use it. :thumbsup

Hey inabon I'm setting up one of my live sites and got a question.

I've got 4 sections, Today's galleries, Yesterday's galleries, Expiring galleries (2 days old) and Top galleries. If I use the Overall archive and make the templates accordingly (two days old, three days old etc.) will it create the template for me?

Right now, since it is a new account and I don't have any stats, I get a no galleries message when I use the archive option for older galleries, I'm getting galleries for todays galleries, so tomorrow I will have stats, but since this is a live site with traffic coming in I'd like to keep it populated with as many galleries as I can :Graucho . Any ideas?
