Point questioned is; can you be successful in today's business world without lying? (Any Business or job, not just adult)

Even with morals and ethics aside, the proposed question as hypothetical as it may seem makes one wonder.

Me, I find it extraordinarily difficult to lie. If I lie it eats away at me until I eventually just give it up and tell the truth.

That doesn't mean I have to tell everyone everything they want to know, though.
