Yamaha's press representatives in the United States, Brad Bannister, the MT-01 is a Europe-only model for 2005. Yamaha U.S. is studying the market, however, and it is possible the MT-01 will be available in the United States in the future, but not for 2005.

I think it looks nice except for that weird exhaust pipe.

I'll stick with my '00 R6 until the new one comes out with underseat exhaust like the R1.

Adam (hubby) and I were going to buy the new Kawasaki ZX-6 and ZX-10, but decided on the Suzukis (600 & 750) instead. Now, I see they're changing the 1000 next year, so I'm glad we decided against it.
