AVN Adult Expo, who's going and who's been there?
 

Hey there,

I am looking for some information about the AVN Adult Expo... about exhibiting, about what type of people are visiting, how many, etc.

Have you been there? Or have you been exhibiting there? How was it?

Would it be useful to exhibit for a website to get more visitors -> so focused on consumers?

Well Marie, I will tell you this, you must come out to show, for sure. In Florida we missed you and want to see you in Vegas. We more than likely wont have a booth, and just go to all the parties and hang out , talk and take people to dinners, that is our plan as of right now.

When we were in Vegas last year in Jan, it was a little bit of everything there, most of the people we met we still talk to, and some we do biz with...

Cant wait to see you in Vegas!

So, anyone else going to the AVN expo?

What really is the difference between the AVN show and Internext?

My understanding of it is:

Internext = Adult webmasters

AVN = Adult Industry (film companys and adult product vendors, etc.)

AVN also is open to the public so there is a large fan base that comes thru the doors and not as much business is done. AVN is open to just business for a few hours each morning prior to letting in the general public so that industry can talk.


If I am not 100% correct let me know... I was at AVN last year and was able to make some deals in the mornings but soon as the fans were allowed in the place was a mad house.

You are correct.
For the internet people (most people on this board) it is not really necesarry to get a booth at AVN. We will have a nice booth at both because we now have our DVD lines.
