I wonder how many online adult companies/individuals sue or get sued by their competition ..

personally, i sent and received numerous C&D letters ... but always without actual legal action

what's your experience? are people ashame to sue competitors if they work in the online adult industry?

Well I seem to notice a lot of threats made in regard to legal action.

yea, there are a lot of threats. but does it ever go to court? or is it just hot air?
