IE Font Size Problem. Any geeks out there?
Something went screwy with my internet explorer a few days ago and I'm having no luck fixing it. Tried looking through all the settings in both explorer and control panel, but I can't seem to find what I need. Even ran several spyware and virus scanners just to clean everything up and make sure nothing was interfering somewhere.
For some reason, whenever the browser reads a font size tag in a web page, the font seems to be coming up 1 size bigger than what it should be and it's throwing off the alignment of everything. Making it a terrible pain in the ass to work on pages and know exactly how they're looking to someone with a "normal" browser. Has anyone ever seen this before? And hopefully know how to fix it? |
Press ctrl and minus sign or scroll up with the mouse.

control + mousescroll
BIG B |
on your keyboard hold ctrl key, then with the wheel on your mouse scroll it up 1 while still holding ctrl key. Then close done all ie browsers

I had that problem once...mine was easy to fix though, just went to view, font size, and reduced it back to normal.

Fuckin A.... Thanks guys. The ctrl mousewheel was it. Never knew about that function.
Had some family over the last week and everyone was playing around with my computer, someone must've hit that somehow. Thanks a ton. It was driving me insane. :) |
