Anyone doing movie galleries?
 

I get a shitload of movie gallery submissions to my TGP, and I wonder how these guys are getting them. Do they just clip them from regular porno videos? If so is this legal?

No it's NOT legal unless they actually own the rights to the movie which is safe to say they do NOT.

And ill bet that most of those movies are hosted on Terra too.

There's actually a few places that you can purchase movie clip content for your site, that's probably where they go them from.

thats a lot of bandwith bro. But it does assure placement on mnay difficult to get listed tgps.. Its your call. Can be risky.

i host my own movies. they are 1.2 megs each too. the sucky thing is that its hard to get listed on movie posts. their traffic is minimal except for 3-5 sites. i got a prime list on a movie post with over 100k/day but he only sent me 4-5k in traffic. thats traffic to my page not clicks!

I have a bunch of licensed movie content, AVI's, that came as part of a content deal I made. I was kinda wondering what to do with them...

Those of you that make movie galleries: Do you find the bandwidth use worthwhile? I'm not asking about specific sponsors (I'll do my own research LOL) but just curious if that stuff converts enough for the increased $ my hosting outfit will take from me http://bbs.gofuckyourself.com/board/smile.gif

Id like make a few movie pages, i have a bunch of video clips taken of an old GF, W/ a quick cam. True amateur stuff, but shes hot, they are excelent clips. But i need a good place to host them, preferably a free host due to the bandwith. any suggestions?

not sure I can answer anyof these questions but I'm gonna be including original movie clips in my content when it's all done. My own stuff from my own models and very high quality amateur shit! Can't wait til it's done! What do you all like? 30 seconds, 60, 2 minutes, 5 minutes, more or less?

Lightswitch, first you'd better be having a legal release to use those clips of her. I hear Montana prisons are not nice places with all those mountain men being in there.

Dank Keep them under 1.6 abit so that free movie hosts allow them. Get them too long and the dialup surfer will cut them off before they buffer and play completely which = no conversions for anyone.

I'd be interested in buying some mpg movies. I can chop em up here, so anyone know of a good place to get 'em?

There are some free hosts out there that allow 2mb+ movies. You just gotta look further than tha norm. Also, you can work out deals with some non-adult hosts if you e-mail them for "Dirt-Cheap" bandwidth. If they have a couple slots open & are hurtin for the $..sometimes they'll go as low as 20cents a gig! http://bbs.gofuckyourself.com/board/tongue.gif

yes, Alex is a friend, also Greek, but he lives in states. He runs one of the largest movie posts about 150k+ if i'm right :-)

do you consider better quality traffic the ones that movie posts have? Surfers that look for movies most of the times have better connections=increased % of using their CC i think.

IMHO....Movie traffic sucks. Ill take TGP traffic any day over movie traffic. Those surfers are professional porn searchers. You can do well with an Adult Bouncer Movie Archive AVS..of course when they get busted for hosting stolen vids, there goes your main sponsor.

I had two movie sites, combined pushing 100k unique a day, and was barley making enough to cover my bandwidth (yeah, I use my own, I didnt use Terra)

Those two sites are now pic sites, and are down to half the traffic as before...But my income has doubled.
More money....less bandwidth...It's All Good!
