Anyone have any dealings with OxBill?

I was wondering if anyone has ever had any dealings with OxBill? Are they ok or are the online rumors true about it being a front for the Russian mob.

Once online report I read was about them stealing customers cc numbers.

They offered me a great rate to handle my site. I am not sure if I should use them.

Why not keep yourself away from shady companies? I don't know anything about them but search around google...

I did notice the discrepancies also.

I just wanted to see if anyone else has every used them and if what their opinion is.
