Anyone want to buy my house in UK??
 
I am moving to the south of france and looking for a quick cash sale.

The house is in maidstone (inbetween dover and london)

4 bedroom detached house

private garden

etc etc

I wont post to much info about it unless there is a real interest. i will let it go 10% under market value for a quick cash sale

House is valued at £272,000 ($482,000)

will let it go for £244,800

if anyone shows interest ill send you pics etc etc

$480k around here in Dallas would get you about a 5,000 square ft. house on an acre or more.

it is one of the few - and I mean few - temptations of ever going back to the states. I certainly have no desire to buy a house here and especially at my age. For one thing the way mortgages work here is silly and gazumping is always a threat. However, I guess if I wanted to live as close to NYC as I do, in a decent neighborhood I would pay a pretty pennty too.


lol..all that said. If anyone is looking for a house in the manchester/liverpool area in the 90k range let me know. A friend has one that just went on the market the other day.
