It's becoming more and more plain that the majority of you guys have NEVER worked as sub-contractors in the real world. Sub-contractor is the same as affiliates as far as the law is concerned as the ones of you know IF you ever bother reading the TOS on aff progs. Quite a few of them mention this. And subs sometimes wait for WEEKS for payment. Get it?! REAL WORLD.

What really gets me going is you expect this check to magically appear at the same time each month NEVER allowing for a problem in mail, a problem in their offices, questions they might have about your amount owed, a slowdown online from bogged down servers, which in that instance is suspect to all of you whining in mail... Where's my money tot he sponsors... A multitude of things could have happened. Have ANY of you ever called YOUR bank to check on a wire AND ask them to run a trace? That is BEFORE you whine to the sponsor?? Especially when you know you are in a part of the World that that sort of things happens alot?!

But Nope, using total wisdom you either either post they are cheaters or whine about not getting the check at the time YOU want it. You also do that about stats. Sheesh!!!! If stats appear down you WILL survive a few hours. Sh*t happens. Wait a few hours and try again and then do that ALL over again. THEN post about it. Or how about email the sponsor to ask about them FIRST and then post?

Get it thru your heads... 1) The world does NOT revolve around YOU and 2) Problems occur. So that doesn't mean you should run off sounding like children whining about candy. This covers both the newbies as well as the so called old timers.

This sort of thing is getting even more annoying than the people who don't bother to read back a couple of days in posts, or don't run a search for their questions or start multiple threads on the same darn subject that IF they looked, they'd see 2-3-4-5 others on the same darn subject ON their screens.

Gem,obviously you didn't bother to read the page. As far concerning delayed payments and sponsors not paying i dont have to mention anything. The majority of you have experienced at least one sponsor that never paid you. If you don't then these are the cases:
1.you are very lucky or careful with sponsors
2.you have only joined maxcash in your whole life!
3.you're one of them :-0

That wasn't pointed at you Soul! lol Its just that I see more and more of this complaining about this that and the other. We work with linkshare as well as comission junction and if they get screwed then we in turn do.

That was a blast from all the whines I have read in just the last few days. Part of me thinks the sponsors should try to work with us when we make a mistake but the rational part of me knows they don't have the manpower to deal with thousands of affiliates.

But one thing I'd never allow to go by is someone calling us a thief or cheater. That IS slander. We've never had it happen but we have made mistakes just like everyone else does. Soonsors that do say nasty things in the TOS should reword that to read you make a mistake and you are outta here. OR if they want to call names, show the proof with their words or shut up. But we all know the proof can be made up in a heartbeat too.
