Setting up an offshore corporation

Are there any places that will setup a corporation offshore and use one of their agents as the officer of the corporation? I've read articles about places doing this but havent found any yet.

Yes....Depending on the type of business you operate. If you're interested please ICQ me at 195813751. We have set up merchants in multiple countries. The agent you refer to, would technically be a "Secretary Director" for the purpose of satisfying the domiciled director requirement. What exactly are you looking for?

I import cocaine and need a way to launder the money anonymously. Still interested?

Pablo Escobar?

Have you decided on a jurisdiction? It truly depends on your needs. If you want to process credit cards, a tax free Gibraltar is good. Full EU status and CCBillEU or iBillEU. Costs around $1000-$1500. Plenty of other options available... Panama, Bahamas, Belize, etc.

OCRA is the most well-known service. www.ocra.com

Others I have bookmarked.

Yea.. that's fine..

It's a common problem, but there are ways.

I'm into shipping SAM missiles and got a side operation in child slavery, so appreciate your problem.

BTW.. How is the coke biz these days, any good?

Seriously... fuck all these assholes who want to "set up accounts" blah.

Depending on what country, there are a few decent people around that provide corps and nominees.

Anything to do with "accounts" is not their biz - you can do that yourself online and it's a matter between you and your bank - nobody else.

If you can give an indicator, I could say more - but ain't a thing to be discussed here. There are too many wannabees who have no clue - and likleyhood it would be illegal for them.

I want to do the same thing. Bahamas would raise lots of flags Zi think. Are there less well known places that are not shady sounding? I want to promote internet gambling and porn through it. Good countries for this?

ME? Point fingers? NEVER! :1orglaugh

Seriously.. no - not pointing your way:-)

I can't say what you are offering, tho unless you are a "real" formation agent/lawyer actually residing in a "jurisdiction", sounds like "third party services". but I really don't know what you do.

No I am not, so whats the point? I am merely giving a fellow GFY:er a good advice. I have used the one who I am referring detox to at several occasions and they are top notch. You know, like you said, setting up an offshore account isnt hard but the rest isnt just that easy for somebody that never dealt with it. BTW, I am getting this deja-vu feeling again, you´re always in these threads... :)

Bahamas is "problematic" and can't see to make up it's mind what it is supposed to be. There was a swing towards "transparency" - then it bachlashed on them. Now the pendulum to swinging the other way - too volatile :-)

Gambling and porn are generally OK in Euro countries (got to watch their laws tho).

It all depends where you are resident now - or will be resident when the scenario clicks in. If you are a US resident - that is a major problem in that you are obliged to disclose stuff - which defeats the whole purpose.

People from other countries don't have this problem if they conduct stuff properly.

The only "real way" to be clear of all shit and totally "legal", is move to a tax free country and operate as many corps as you like over the world - but not in your "home country" :-)

?? I am not a lawyer or reg agent either. When it comes to specifics, I don't want to offer "advice". This is better handled by professionals actually in jurisdictions - there are too many variables and it all depends on where the potential beneficiary/corp owner actually resides.

Sure! Nothing wrong with pointing folks in the right direction for initial contact!

:glugglug The deja-vu bit may be because I've been doing this shit for ages and actually "live it". It's a topic I kinda like to keep up to date on :-)
