I was forced to disable FLASH & Audio in opera b/c of the loud GFY flash banners :(

Opera,

Tools > Preferences > File Types ..
Delete all plugins audio / flash / so you don't jump from your chair when you mouseover the flash banners

Yeah flash banners with sounds are kinda annoying... I never shut my sound off yet though :Graucho
