Anyone else suddenly getting a bunch of e-mail trojans?

Been pretty quiet lately but today I have a number in several e-mail accounts. They have subject lines reminding of appointments/interviews, expiring memberships, other BS. My ISP strips known viruses/worms so I'll provide what their insertion said for your information:
This e-mail has been scanned by the BellSouth MailGuard Anti-Virus service.

Unknown0000048A.data was infected with the malicious virus Download.Trojan and has been deleted because the file cannot be cleaned.
The data # is different in each message but they all reference Download.Trojan

Some are coming to my webmaster address but more are coming to usenet/other public posting address so heads up if you regularly have people reminding you of appointments, watch those attatchments
