My post was based on the fact that he had JOINED THIS MONTH!! and as far as I could tell, hadn't been around any length of time. I don't see how a virtual "newbie" (yea, I realize it could just be an alias for someone who's been here forever) has any need for a thread like this.

I meant newbie to the board. Not the industry.
