Regular high-speed will go from 4.1 Mbps to 5.1 Mbps.
Extreme high-speed will go from 4.5 Mbps to 6.5 Mbps.

I'm paying ~$70 a month for 1.5mbit here in the U.K.

i pay $35 CDN which is about $27 USD.

i have a cap of 20 GB download and 10 GB upload. my upload speed is 820 Kbps and i dunno what they'll raise it to (if at all).

59.99 CND for the 6.5 mbit one ... that's what I pay .

2.4 megabits per second

on average here in California for 49/month.

They claim it's 3mbps, sometimes it gets close.

Actually psyco my friend got a uncapper working on like half of videotron's modems . He does 10 MEGS (not mbits) second @ home ...

My connection is fast enough. I'm not downloading all that much. Usually it's the sites that load slow so I'm not maxing out my connection anyway.

I've done 3000 kb sec (on a 50 meg download) here so I think the 4.5 mbit / 6.5 is very relative to how many people are online ... who knows
