Worst cell phone support?
 

I'm searching around for a new cell phone and have to put Sprint up there as the most clueless so far.

Who is good with support and who's not?

here the best is suncom but i dont know where you are, they have the best reception

Love Verizon so far. I wanted to downgrade my minutes plan to save $10.00, they agreed and let me keep the higher minutes amount, all I had to do was lengthen my contract for two months which is fine with me because the support is good and the cell range is great.

I went into a RadioShack (bad idea I know) and they were completely clueless about the phone plans. So I called the Sprint 888 # and they were just as confused.

For anyone using Sprint, are PCS to PCS calls free/unlimited including on Free & Clear plans?

I knew ahead of time but only went because there's one not too far from me. I don't think I'll step foot in side one for a long time. :(

Ive never had good cell support. Must be like a hidden cult.
