In a few weeks time I will need 60 freesite templates. The job will be
divided into 2 batches of 30 and given to 2 separate designers.

I am looking for someone who can design AFFORDABLE, attractive,
low bandwidth freesite templates that convert.

These are the only free site links I have at the moment. The first two I've done in the past 3 months, the other one was last year. I've been doing mostly galleries lately, but I do have several years of experience creating free sites.

It never ceases to amaze me how many service providers choose to
completely ignore the requests made to them by potential clients.

Don't they understand that if they can't follow some extremely basic
instructions re applying for the work, it makes you suspect that
they will also be unable to follow a design brief and honor deadlines?
