Had a problem with my server earlier and decided to hit AC up to see what was up. I did not get none of the normal "I'll get back to you" or "We are working on it" bullshit tech support answers.. Within 20 minutes he was on and off the phone and had everything fixed and back to normal :)

I call that great fucking support.... Thanks guys!
