Actually I'm rather curious about this as well. I've seen some rather disturbing searches such as "pokemon nude" and I tend to believe that is CP/Hentai but not sure if I should touch it.

If you touch hentai that is trapesing the line of CP you're lawyer will be touching your pocketbook some more..........here, in the usa, its subject to the SAME laws and scrutiny as any other form of CP...........because its drawn it makes absolutely no difference in that regard, as would drawings of bestiality.

Hentai in general is not CP. But the example I gave above does taper near that line, things like lisa simpson sex, pokemon nude, etc... These are cartoon figures which are geared towards children which is why I stay away.
