So, besides paying these outsourcing Co's $900/mo for one skill, where can I hire some good: skills, english, manners and looks designer, programmer and webmaster?


I hear than $300/mo is good pay in some of these countries!

IRC is your best bet to find individuals......sites like eLance may be too, if they aren't flooded with reps for outsource companies yet.

Those sites have a bunch of Indians (not being racist) who put out crap work and are used to getting paid good money.

reliable men from "poor countries" that have good english skills, and know design/programming are not selling themselves from $300. You can find something decent in the $2k range though.

I think they are. Some people here say they've got one (or more) and they do great work for cheapa.
