The text is too small on the menu. At least it is with a 1024x768 resolution.

Also, even though the domain is bigger4women I'd use "Bigger For Women" on the logo :)

or at least on the title bar...

text was just a little small only the bold was easy to read.

I just asked same question about my site.

I can't figure out what your site is about. If it was first site I have seen when I am fresh in the morning maybe I would get some sence in it .... but when I clicked on it my first thought was "what the f..k is this" . Now maybe people that are searching for what you offer there will feel different about it .
