Supposedly that kids a real good kicker too. You guys are cursed for sure. I just hope LSU gets things worked out before SEC play starts or we'll have at least 3 losses this year.

I hope LSU does really really well this year to make our close game more valid..

What a heartbreaker..

It was man. I felt so bad for the Beavers when they lost. Those kids were looking dead tired. They played 4 quarters of football start to finish hard as hell and then an overtime period and had to go home a loser. It sucks that someone has to win and someone has to lose sometimes.

I'll add my two cents, I think I could pass a ball better than the quarterback, I'm disappointed so far! At least they won, but damn, they need some serious practice...heh

The freshman QB Russell is supposed to be the next big thing. I think that he was seriously rattled having to be on the ropes the whole damn game once he got in and I think he did "well" considering. He'll probably settle in next week against Arkansas State as long as Saban gives him the ball. He was overthrowing a bit but I think this game will give Saban the ammo he needs to bring the team together. Saban knew this game would be closer than everyone predicted but I'm sure he didn't expect what happened at all.

I hope you're right! I guess the game wasn't what any of us expected! ;) Maybe next week things will look much better.....I'm sure he was a little rattled out there, but let's wait and see how he does against Arkansas! Maybe no more overthrowing. Like you said, probably just nerves! Keep my fingers crossed! Did you see Texas' score, lmao....love it!!!!
