We're considering putting up an ad seeking teen girls who wants to make $xxxx in a month only working 2-3 hours a day..

In that month we will shoot 100-200 pic series and around 50 videos of each 10 minutes or so..

What would you pay a girl for that?

This is isn't Eastern Europe, so I guess the price would be around the same as you pay the US girls

Are you sure you're alotting enough time for the shoots? I mean have you shot on that schedule before? Assuming you mean the person only works weekdays (Monday-Friday), that knocks a month down to about 20 days. 50 10mins vids is 25 minutes a day, a lot more if you're editing raw footage down to 10 min vids, and 100-200 series would be 5 to 10 series a day. With wardrobe, makeup, sets and setup, 2-3 hours sounds optimistic. If you've got more than a couple people working, overhead time grows, with bathroom breaks, smoking breaks, etc.

anywhere from $5-10,000 for that much work, depending where you are and also depending on the girl - if she's got great potential but is wishy washy on posing nude, money is your only weapon.

100 photosets - u can do 10 quality sets a day and 4 videos. u could do 15 or 20 sets a day if quality isn't that important and you have things planned out well.

so it's roughly 10 full days of modeling. double it if u want 200 sets.

he's talking about an amateur site, wardrobe, makeup and setups aren't that big a deal for that type of shoot. just need enough outfits and a good amateur location. 10 sets is very doable, 20 is overdoing it but if quality isn't really important u can hit 20.

Now what made me think that from the very beginning?

If you need to ask this question do yourself a favor and get a pro to shoot it for you.

In a pigs ear you can shoot 10 quality sets a day with a new model and inexperienced shooter.

But then it depends what you call quality and what you call a set.

Changing location (within a studio), clothing, make up and resetting the lighting plus having a cup of coffee take 30 minutes. Shooting a set that has 120 DIFFERENT pictures, poses, angle and close ups takes 40 minutes. Which is 1 hour 10 minutes. do that 10 times that's the best part of 12 hours.

Even if the shooter can do it, which is highly unlikely, the model will be shit after 6 hours. But as I said it depends what you call quality.

When I shoot magazine sets I do 2-3 sets a day.

And for Amateur it has to look like she is enjoying herself and doing it for the fun of it, not forcing herself to stay for the money. Unless you mean "Crap photographer aiming a camera at a tired disinterested girl Amateur"

Why not just hire us to do it if you do not have experience doing it. We can find the girl and shoot to your specs.

A new shooter, with a new model shooting content for a solo girl site.

The reason members sign up is the content, especially on a single girl site.

So to cut corners at this point is foolish at best.

You want to make money? Then be prepared to spend money, because if you are not the next guy is and his site could be the one your next member is coming from.

You are assuming the girl lives in a vacuum and is too stupid to contact anyone else for work. The moment she knows you are ripping her off you've lost her or lost her respect. Unless she is too ugly to get work elsewhere.

Most girls get all bitchy and a fucked up attitude if you give them too much money cause they start to think that they are a star and could easily get another model job somewhere else for even more money.

You don't have a cats chance in hell of him shooting it for that price and I doubt if you could shoot it for that price.

150 sets + 50 videos = 200 units.

At 10 units a day, and I doubt if you could do it, thats 20 days work. That's $500 a day. Try and find a half decent looking girl who will work for $400 a day. Then buy the equipment, props, locations, expenses finding a girl, overheads, your time (I'm assuming you are not unemployed) and a little bit for extras, like electricity, tea, coffee, lunch.

Make ti $20,000 and you are getting to the right ball park.

I wonder about your statement that you can't do that in czech cause it's a quite poor country compared to most other european countries and if a girl would get 2000EUR+ a month through that (depends on how many sessions are done) I doubt she'd say no.

What none of you are reckoning on is guys like us who can shoot and sell are paying a better rate to raise the bar and keep out those who can't pay the rate. It's not in a good shooters interest to have the girls running around working for every Tom, Dick or Harry for peanuts.

Agents are quoting and getting $500 a day + 20% commission for models. Hard Core is around $500 a scene, we are talking about good looking girls. And overseas guys are more than willing to pay it, they know the value.

I am only planning on paying 100-150 an hour for amatuer girls if I get into shooting.

If you look at it like this it is fair. Commonly a college girl will make 5.50-10.00 an hour at her job. so let's say we put her in the middle and say she makes around 7.00 an hour. So before taxes she can skip about 20 hours of working and make some tax free cash for sitting there and getting her picture taken, this will allow her to study or do whatever it is she does. Or she can still work those days if she schedules everything and just make double time for those days. If the chic is really hot then she probably got into modeling already and trust me if you work for an agency you are getting raped and they know that. Never let a girl who works for an agency snow you into thinking she is making lots of money, that is not the way it works at all, stick to your guns and if you think you can make lots of money off her then up it a bit, maybe even double it.

If you feel like that is wrong then cut a deal with her and let her get "back end" or a percentage of the take from the site, this will keep her interested in your business and her career on the net, this is if she is solo material. Remember this is business, you have bills to pay and you have the most trouble and worries concerning this, she is talent (employee) so she gets payed to do work.

I would never ever pay that in czech, but of course I'm not a professional content producer.I'd try my luck to get a girl on the streets for some quick solo hardcore stuff and when you see how less most people earn there I think my success rate wouldn't be that low.
