Storm is finally getting over us. Wind has picked up a lot, lots of rain. Nothing life threatening.

Obviously I still have power....

I own a condo at the Driftwood Resort in Vero Beach, I'm seriously worried that it will be gone when I get there.

Still here south of Tampa. Got some heavy winds and some rain, nothing too bad right now. We should be getting some heavier winds and alot more rain here soon they say.

Wind is picking up here in Tampa pretty good.

A few of the neighbors trees are down, shingles are ripped off their roofs, and some lenai screens are flying around!

The worst is yet to come :)

Just to add...

We really like the area up here!

If our house is too bad off in FL, or if Ivan hits directly...we may just move here!

A shit load of rain and wind...it even broke on of my trees! :( But still have power...and better--INTERNET!

It was a novelty at the start to have some hurricane's, but that wore off pretty quick. Then we got a bar with food and drink to open and done the "community spirit" stuff. But in the end - just moved out of the Carribbean hurricane alley :-)

This current crap is moving too slow and "hovering" - makes it even more boring!

Spoke to my brother at my ranch in Gainesville. It is raining and the winds are 25 to 35 mph, but nothing too bad.

The driveway will be hell to navigate though. All dirt, about 3/4 of a mile of it.

In Lakeland/Plant City area and the worst has past us, the winds have changed direction thank God and have weakend. Those in the Tampa/St Pete area, hold on, wild ride ahead. Good luck!!
