Hi Lassekongo's there are several large TGP's for sale but they won't pubicly come here and post.
What is your budget? 10k? 100k? 500k? If I knew that I would be able to at least send you in the right direction

Honestly for 100k you won't be able to buy anything in the Sextracker top 25. Everyone is asking big bucks, the top 10 sites are selling minimum 500k up to 2 million.Originally posted by VMAN

The sites that are in there year after year and stabilized are the ones that are worth spending your money on.
The easiest way to see if a site is decent or not is see how many uniques the site has than check and see how many raw/pageviews they have. If they have almost the same amount of raws and page views, you know the traffic is all CJ/Purchased and there are really no bookmarkers.
Look at Video-Post 560,000 uniques/ 2.3 million page views.
That is a good site

I talked about a site with bookmarkers. It's not an issue of time, but of exposure. 89.com set a new model if you ask me.
From the seller's point of you if an established site makes you X amount of money you don't look to sell it for a couple of month's profits. That's obvious. From the buyer's point of you it's more cost effective to create a site from scratch if you have the advertising money than purchase an established one at the requested (extremely high) prices.Comment
