I suggest the following:

1. Trade with 20 to 50 sites a week in your links exchange.
- Create a Top List for each of your sites, automatic trade.

2. Use automated traffic exchange programs and scripts:

- AWG Trade - http://www.awgtrade.com/
- UCJ - http://www.ucj.com/
- Find Trades http://www.findtrades.com/

3. Create mailing lists and newsletters for each of your sites. Update your subscribers weekly about your site.

4. Use Pay-Per-Click Programs such as Overture.com, search for pay-per-click programs on the net.

5. Use Google Adwords to advertise your sites. Some companies pay $250,000 to advertise their site on google using Google Adwords.

6. Advertise your sites offline in local newspapers, classified ads, adult magazines, spas, strip joints and escort directories.

7. Give out flyers and business cards with your site's URL at adult conventions and trade shows.

8. Leave flyers and business cards with site's URL at adult video stores, sex toy stores, condom shops, lingerie and fetish stores.

9. Submit your sites monthly to the major seach engines.

10. Create a forum/message board for each of your sites.

number 9 is wrong....once your in the SE stop submitting....

also, most major SE's find you now...you don't need to submit to them

Um no. I wouldn't recommend this.

I would recommend submitting them about every 3 months. No sense risking getting dinged for spamming the SE's. The bigs have been known to be testy with some for submitting the same url's too frequently.

Also, for SE's that use spidering you can set the revisit time right in your meta tags, for how often you update your site. I usually set it to "revisit" content="15 days" which is plenty, for me anyway.
