Can Anyone From CCBill Address This Issue??
I get plenty of CCBill checks every month and I get charged a $0.37 transfer fee for every one, yet the printed postage on the envelopes says $0.29. By now this difference is totaling close to 100 bucks or more. Not a big deal, but I saw a thread on another board, and it seems a lot of webmasters are being charged $0.37 for a $0.29 postage also.
Whats going on CCBill? Can you please explain why webmasters are charged $0.37 for a $0.29 postage? Thanks. |
envelope costs, ink supplies, handling.

Kinda silly to charge the fee to start with, and kinda fraudulent to make money off of it IMO I use CCBill for all my sites and wouldn't switch, but it is kinda backwards. :2 cents: Ivy |

Can you imagine how much money they save by charging you and me a small sum of 40 cents? I'm sure they send thousands upon thousands of checks out weekly. |

to set the record straight postage is .292 cents :)

I think they should state they will take it out for the exact purposes nothing like having everything up front when working with a company...

I personally don't know of any other processors that charge this fee? are there others that charge this?
