Can Anyone From CCBill Address This Issue??

I get plenty of CCBill checks every month and I get charged a $0.37 transfer fee for every one, yet the printed postage on the envelopes says $0.29. By now this difference is totaling close to 100 bucks or more. Not a big deal, but I saw a thread on another board, and it seems a lot of webmasters are being charged $0.37 for a $0.29 postage also.

Whats going on CCBill? Can you please explain why webmasters are charged $0.37 for a $0.29 postage?

Thanks.

But honestly...they charge you if you do wire transfer ...I mean, I guess they just don't pay you if you refuse to pay for the stamp or the transfer?

Kinda silly to charge the fee to start with, and kinda fraudulent to make money off of it IMO

I use CCBill for all my sites and wouldn't switch, but it is kinda backwards.

I see it as passed on administrative costs. Whats saves them money also insures they stay around.

Stop making sense.

Can you imagine how much money they save by charging you and me a small sum of 40 cents? I'm sure they send thousands upon thousands of checks out weekly.

Affiliates in different countries get charged different transfer fees, but its always for the cost of postage.

to set the record straight postage is .292 cents :)

I think they should state they will take it out for the exact purposes nothing like having everything up front when working with a company...

I personally don't know of any other processors that charge this fee? are there others that charge this?
