New MS products always scare me. I always wait a few weeks before installing their new stuff. I let people like you test it out first.

Looks are one thing... I want a player that can actually download a codec when it needs it.

i'll post here if there are any problems encountered during this weekend. so far, the only thing i haven't installed yet is SP2 and i can still wait for a few weeks more.

my friend did try it the other day, I think he said something about that the setup-program crashed. :1orglaugh

been using the beta for a week now, so far so good.

working fine here, so far so good. you got to love the interface :)

you may want to get the Full working version at their site to get the full feature functionality of the software

Windows Media 10 stands to make a huge impact. I been working with the beta for about a month now.

i will wait until one of you useless fucktards installs it and fucks up your system and reports on here so i can wait to hold off

Same here, Dont like the brand new products they come out with sometimes - always have dodgy features. Didnt they want windows media player to check if the music you were playing was legal or not at one time ?

This media player is actually a good prgram but the sp2 hosed my computer and I had to reinstall my xp.

I just installed it, its working fine for me. :)

a living proof that its not going to crash my system anytime soon.
