    What do you think of the Patriot Act?

    Some say if you arent doing anything wrong there is nothing to worry about.... but what type of activity would brand you as a terrorist...

              If the Patriot Act was pure and dealt directly with protecting us within our borders it would be worth some of the sacrifices we have to make. However they are using it to support there own agendas. If they need to take away someones civil liberties just roll it into the Patriot act.

                      We're in the cross-hairs. They are slowly changing the all of this country. BTW - Time reports Bush with a double digit lead for Kerry.

                      What Google is doing to SERPs for porn related search words is just a symptom. Then there is 2257 and COPA will be back. All makes it harder and harder, esp for the little guy.

                      Patriot act is part of a greater trend. IT will be used as an excuse to kill our eveil porn.

                          Funny how that little Anthrax letter scare went down right about the time that they had that thing on the chopping block huh? It shut everyone right up who was opposed to The Patriot Act going into motion. Gave them all the fuel they needed to push it right on through. Atleast it wasn't like the Anthrax was manufactured in the U.S. or anything...that would be too creepy. Oh wait...it was.

                          Damnit...there I go with my conspiracies and shit again.

                              There have been numerous news reports over the past year or so where the Patriot Act was used to prosecute domestic crimes or as "cause" to get evidence they wouldn't otherwise be able to get. There was one case where it was used to shut down a strip club where there was no evidence whatsoever that any of it's participants had anything to do with terrorism.

                                          Dunno man. This weekend I think it's supposed to be off and on. We hit Busch Gardens last weekend with the kids. I want to get back up to KD soon. When do they shut down for the season? I hate going when there are a million tourists there.
