Okay now that I got the disclaimer out of the way. I tried them, and it really suppressed my appetite. My cravings were much less, however I could not gauge weight loss, as my dieting period was so short. I do believe I lost 4lbs in five days, but that could have just been water weight. Whereas "trim spa" had no effects. Ya know?

When I go back on my diet (I go on and offer each month), I plan on implementing Trim Spa and Stacker II yet again into my diet. I figure if they don't work, they don't work. No harm, no foul. If they do work? All the better.

theres only one thing that worked for me (lost 20 pds in a month) but i stopped buying it cuz its $120 for a 1 month supply.
