Beating 2257 ? - List all your websites as educational technique website?

It appears by FSC that this new version of 2257 is worse then Acacia's crap of wanting to know all your customers.

Just brain storming (and chatting) ...
list all your websites as "educational" regarding the niche you promote????

freeadultcontent 09-03-2004 05:11 PM

"It's NOT sexually explicit material" ..."It's sex technique educational video" ???

I don't have an answer.
I am trying to push some buttons and get people thinking on how to bring this obviously free speed issue - mainstream.

I can brain storm online.
Won't hurt my rep ...roflmao

This will never go into effect. Why all the drama over 2257?

It will go into effect. There is one in effect now too.
That is not the, ahh never mind I feel dirty in this thread. I will make a new one.

AaronM 09-03-2004 05:26 PM

2257 is in place for a good reason. It may have some flaws but very few things in this world are perfect. I see no reason to "beat" something that is very reasonable and so easy to comply with. :2 cents:

Huh?

No offense but I always thought that you were more intelligent than to make a comment like this.

No point talking sense to this psycho, man... But I do agree with what you say... 2257 isn't a hard thing to comply with as long as you're organized and have good relatinoships with your content providers/sponsors. People trying to dodge it are only going to fuck it up for everyone else.

Well that means that Adult.com will have to send me the original model documents for the three sexually explicit graphics on SexEducation.com - correct?

Choke and die you fucking retard.. you already admitted you couldn't afford a lawyer before, you have no place in any kind of discussion related to a business you have nothing to do with, except to make it harder for real businesspeople to do business.

robfantasy 09-03-2004 05:32 PM

isnt there a privacy issue at stake.. you can just freely distribute ppls info all over the place w/out their consent. ? like to every shmoe who signs up to promote a program?

Answer the question.

Does the new 2257 changes mean that Adult.com must send me the original model documents so that I must keep them on file?

It's exactly a privacy issue.
And that's why the NEW 2257 must be defeated.

SexEducation.com will remain 100% anonymous.
Always has - alwasy will.

sexeducation 09-03-2004 05:43 PM

Actually ...
So far in our discussion ...

I like this angle the best.

It's not a "porn site" it's a "sex educaction technique" website primarily using graphics and video.
You will NOT find pornography on this website but you will find a COMMUNITY that shows by various multimedia sources how to have [fill in niche] sex.

Are we not allowed to teach sex anymore?

No. Completely incorrect.

If you are going to post about this law...You may want to know it a bit better. :2 cents:
