in chicago area, 42in magnavox, about a month old, getting a 50 in.

i paid 2200, so 1800, has a table stand

actually I paid 2298.95 for it, model number MAG42MF7000 is what the recipt says. came from ultimate electronics

Plasma TV's have a problem with burn-in - I'm waiting 6 more months for larger/cheaper LCD TVs to hit the market - that's the best way to go :2 cents:

they only have a problem if you don;t use it correctly.

Plasma TVs have a high consumption of electricity and they're getting hot as hell if they've no fan
LCDs are more expensive but got better quality and are more reliable...
