Why do programs do this?
 

I just came across a program who's tours are nothing but the bottom scraping content from RBC. Does anybody actually promote sites that feature penny content that's so overexposed no tgp will approve it?

Am I wrong in placing such a high value on exclusive content, especially for tours?

NO, you're not wrong. Those sites are worthless and anyone who promotes them are as clueless as whoever runs them.

It's amazing how a small text list of sites like that on all your sites will generate a few hundred dollars worth of extra sales a month.
