Does anyone know of a 3rd party biller that can do this?

Can be mainstream as well.

Need a 3rd party biller for actual merchandise with the ability to charge a fee of X.XX then rebill monthly.

Any leads?

Markup is huge and I should have specified. x.xx initial and only for 1 week or so then rebill is higher and by the month.
