Playing in St. Paul is a big boost for American team for sure. Hope our guys will show what they came for. We dont have quality goaltending at this tournament, Bulin is not playing for us, but we sure got some talented young forwards out here. Overall should be an interesting game!

Damn, Esche is at it again! Weve been peppering him with pucks almost the whole period, but his turned away everything. 15-4 shot count, I believe... This sucks.
Obviously I liked this 1st period. We look quicker and grittier than American team. Just wasnt able to solve Esche. We need to keep it up in second!

Lead havent last too long thought. That fucker Tverdovsky lost rushing Tkachuk and he tipped Modanos pass in the net for a PP goal. Now its a 20 minute hockey game. Lets keep it up and outskate Americans!

Jeez... things got loose at the end of the game. Frustration all over the place. That elbow by Tkachuk against Gonchar near the boards was so fucking cheap. But our guys can stick for each other aswell, Kasper always here to help...
Anyways, that 3rd period was absolutely stellar. All of our guys showed up pretty good. We clinched 2 points, and whats more important, we had a great overall team effort. Lets hope playing like this we will be able to match Canadians in a Saturdays game.
