Money does get you good lawyers. Nobody will argue that. It does not insure you will get off the hook though. Just take a look at the Martha Stewart case, and keep in mind she had more money.
There also is nothing that say's he was on the hook in the first place. He was just accused. If the prosecution had enough evidence to convict, they would still be going after it.

I totally agree with you but they wanted to go on with the case (as far as i know) because they thought they had enough evidence to convict him but the girl wanted out and she wouldnt testify so it was dismissed
