looking for some Help
 

iam looking for 2 things.
1 i need a program to do a rate my photo thing or something of that ideal that the person can upload the photo..
number 2 iam looking for something that when a photo is hot linked it will replace it with another graphic or if they use the graphic it will put another graphic on the bottom saying image hosted by so and so..
anyone have any clues about this one
