Staples are fucking crooks - don't buy from them
 

Those fucking cocksuckers had me waiting 3 times for my shit to arrive.

First time, those bastards forgot to put the apt number on the slip, so the delivery guys never bothered to look for it. They called my home phone number but not my cell phone, so they didn't get an answer as i was waiting for them at the office.

Second time, they told me it'd get delivered in the afternoon. Went there, waited the whole afternoon until i called them to find out the bastards came in the AM, called my home again but never my cell or office #.

Third time, waited there all evening til 9:45 PM, caught the delivery guys leaving because those retards at Staples still hadn't put the apt number on the slip.
They delivered only half my order.
Tried to call, the store is closed.

I'm sick of dealing with incompetents, Montreal and every other big city seems to be filled with them. So far i've spent about 18 hours waiting in an empty office.

I dont like staples either, I used to work for them. The dumb fucks made me climb a ladder I kept telling them was broke, and told me I would be fired if I didnt. I climbed it for a sec and said FU and walked out. The asses!!!!! I hate Staples!!!:feels-hot :feels-hot :feels-hot

Called their Toronto office, nothing was done to help either, probably the reason the guy sent me my shit last and half of it was missing.

I called, and they sent another (free, told me to keep the broke one).

I called, and got a refund, and got to keep both broken bookcases.

I managed to get one whole bookcase, plus some extra shelves out of the deal : )

the funny part is even with these large broken parts, the boxes they came in were in immaculate condition.

Yep. Complain in writing and you very often get free shit. Or at least some nice cupons that make things close to free.

and to ask when it was finally coming in...
Got some spotty 17yr old lad on min wage answering
'dunno mate' to every question..
So i told them to :321GFY and used a business supply store
and got the desk delivered and assembled the next day :thumbsup
