At this time we only support ACH transfers into US bank accounts. All non US transfers require either a wire request or that you use the Electron card to withdraw. The other option is to spend your money ;)

You can also use your card anywhere you'd use a credit card for a signature based transaction as well. The Virtual card allows you to spend money online, they are two different numbers, keep in mind.

Kimmy... Withdrawals using epass do they come up as the ID of the person who signed up for one (one of those plastic thingies), or as the "bearer company"? Does VISA see "mister blabla" or "epassporte NV". Thx

Card names are user names. Something to keep in mind when you are selecting one if you intend to use the card for purchases where an id might be required.

I'd like to know this too. Also, what's the spending limit on the electron card, if you use it to pay for stuff? I know the ATM withdrawal limit is $500/day. BTW, how do I get that raised?

the ATM withdrawal limit is $300 unless you change it.

I never changed mine and I can withdraw $500 just fine.

In order to get the limits raise, you'll need to email [email protected] and they will give you the list of documents you need to provide them in order for us to stay in Visa compliance.

There is also a balance requirement for raising limits, but I'm not 100% sure what it is in relation to what kind of raise you are looking for :)

Personally I've never had anyone request it so you'd have to email me and let me pass it over to that department in all honesty.
