I was inspired by another thread - so what are the figures on your house?

Ours is 2800 sq ft. on 1.2 acres of wooded land. 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths. Not huge but not bad for the wife and I.

How about yours? (Peaches, you too) :)

1500ish sq ft, 1/8th acre, no back yard at all, 1 bath, 2 br that used to be a 3 br until i tore out a wall to make the garage large enough to park a porsche i no longer have in. It's really quite pathetic, however 95% of the fuckers on gfy are renting trailers so blow me.

2100 SQ feet, 3 bedroom, 3 bath... decent sized back yard for a Las Vegas home... 3 car garage... On a mountain with the bedroom overlooking the city lights.

However I'm waiting for the new home to be built. Downgrading to a 1500 Sq. Foot townhome with a mountain view, larger loft, 2 car garage, 2 bedroom, 3 bath, etc... I hate upkeeping yards and I'm barely home....Plus this is a pretty good investment. :thumbsup

2300 Sq ft. 2BR, loft, combination den/kitchen/dining, 3BA, finished basement on about 2 acres and a small lake :)

Just me, 2 dogs and a cat. :thumbsup

A little over 4000 sq feet, half acre.

Vacation place has 3500 sq feet and not much yard since its a riverfront.

4'x6' cardboard box. I've got ropes around it holding it tight together for the hurricane. Mabye I should take the roof down.

2000sq ft, 3 bed, 2 bath 1950's style twin home that we have a decent sized shared yard with neighbors that we party with most weekend nights.

The house was going to have a mother in law's suite in what would be the family room downstairs. The last owner put in a full kitchen, indoor grilling system and bathroom.

They never sepearted the suite from the house, so, its now our office + party room when friends come over. All kinds of funky ass lights, lava lamps and other silly shit to make it look like a really choice room

Anyone that is into decorating really wildly should check out a book called PAD

6400 sq foot, gated community with someone on duty 24/7, neighborhood listed in worth magazine's top 250. 5 br, 6 bath, 4 car garage, construction completed in May, custom blueprint, took us 2 years to finalize. Hardwood floors on both floors. Basement will be finished in about a year from now as soon as the home settles.

2000+ Sq. Ft , 3br, 2bath , single story ranch style on 3/4 acre heavily wooded lot w/ creek. I'm 30 miles NW of downtown Dallas.

This is getting pretty motivational, I think I'd like our next place to have some water.

1700sf double wide. Almost feel like you are in a real house not a production home. Top of the line everything.

We have a couple of views. From the top of the backyard we have a partial view of the Olympics. From the front deck we have views of Puget Sound, Magnolia, Cascades and a great view of Diamond Peak from our Living room. When the sun shines, that is. :)

I like the 3 bedrooms and the big LR/DR/Kitchen area. But the downstairs bedroom, bonus room and rec room seem like overkill to me. Hubby likes the idea of a home theater room so that's what we're doing. It just seems like a little much to me. I guess that's because I do the vaccumming. :)

can i count all of the square footage underneath the bridge? or do I just count the space my blankets and sleeping bag take up

Shemp, they drained one of the big lakes up here several months ago because the dam needed to be repaired. There were $1mil+ homes sitting there looking JUST like your picture. I thought of you when I saw them :)
