Most people here use the big ones (EV1,Webair,Jupiter etc.) and they have their own datacenters.

wait...why do you need 5 hosts?

Babagirls 09-01-2004 12:46 AM

webgemshosting.com

i like their control panel and features and price plans.

what i really liked (before signing up with them) was that they have a DEMO version of the Control Panel so you can see if its what you want, and explore it a little bit to make sure thats what you want.

the link for them is in my sig. :)

Cause it's easier to have 5 servers in 5 different datacenters and pay 5 dfferent bills. :winkwink:

Im on realitychecknetwork.com, really love the service, uptime, and price.

Now that I think about it, i haven't had any downtime since i've been with them (about 6 months) ... weird how you stop thinking about downtime when you never have to deal with it!

I think the best hosts around:
1. webair.com
2. velcom.com
3. oxeo.com
4. cybehost.com
5. cyberwurx.com

Jakke PNG 09-01-2004 12:58 AM

No it doesn't, just get different IPs and thats it.Most hosts don't have problems giving you IPs in different class c nets.

www.realitychecknetwork.com - located in Telehouse at 25 Broadway in NYC.

When the "big blackout" hit NYC and surroundsing areas last summer my Realitycheck boxes were still up and running.

Telehouse is one of the premier Telco hotels for a Data Center to be located in. MANY of the large global carriers use Telehouse facilites for their interconnections to other carriers.

From working with Realitycheck for the last few years, you'd be hard pressed to find someone that has more knowledge about running a world class operation than their crew.

hosthead.com - Level3 in Washington DC

Hurricane that hit last year, didn't have any effect. Really a top notch DC.. My personal opinion is that its Level3's best.. they host some government shit there.. seems much more secure, and well built then their other DC's.
