He´s actually right to some extent. The difference between indians and "ourselves" is very big in terms of cultur, biz ethics and so forth. If you dont know how its very hard to work with them actually.

I hear a lot of the same from friends in the construction industry, where a lot of the contractors & teams are Indian.

And it's not just white people, 'americanized' Indians and those born here will admit the same thing.

I do admire how they help everyone out in their cultural community financially though when buying houses and starting new businesses.... :thumbsup
