But. I am just happy it is football season again. |
Not true.
BTW, the validity of any statement will automatically be defaulted as false, if and when the original poster uses "for Petes sake" as their closer. |

HEY!!!!!!!!!! I am trying very hard to NOT curse any more. It costs me 50 cents everytime I say a bad word in front of my kids. Be glad I did not say Fudge, Shoot, or Darn. |

But "Pete's Sake" is neck and neck, gaining ground. If I was you - I'd pre-purchase $200 in credit from your kids. And just use 'fuck' etc at your own leisure. |
Deion still has some gass left in the tank. He shouldn't be compared to other players his age, he's done more in professional sports then most players ever will.

You really think so??? Don't get me wrong. I loved the days when he was two-timing baseball and football, but I just think of the athletes before him that have tried "comebacks" and failed miserabely. I would rather remember him as he was. |

I wish Bo would return.

Bo knows retirement! :1orglaugh |
He wasn't Neon Deion 4 years ago so it's only going to be worse now. Expect to see offenses go after him and make him work. Don't forget the rule changes will also make it easier for recievers to get by him. :2 cents:

Look at Barry Bonds he is 40
I know the NFL is more aggressive then MLB But conditioning plays a bigger part then age for the most part |

Deion is one of the great cover guys ever. He has lost steps, no doubt, but I can't see Baltimore taking him if he isn't still faster than 75 percent of all corners, it just would not make sense for them to do it. Plus, one must take in account the Baltimore defense, which is a gold mine for any corner. Hell, I could probably play a few downs, the QB is under tremendous pressure and Ray Lewis can handle most of the tackles.
Bo is one of the greatest athletes to ever walk the planet. I used to go watch him hit homers when he played in Kansas City. Next to Barry Sanders, it is really one of sports worst tragedies. |

I can't even imagine were he'd be today if he never got hurt, I'm sure would be holding some home run records, thats for sure. |
If deion is quick enough in pads to still play corner (not jsut on nickle plays or whatever they are talkin about) then Baltimore will be the hardest team to pass on in the NFL. McCalister is one of the top 3 CB's in the league, if they can get deion almost as quick as he used to be they would own every QB in the nfl.
I think they will own everyone. |
isn't there a senior league he can play in or something?
